I have had numerous Reiki sessions with Carolyn within the past six months, and I must say that I’ve had great experiences with her every time I visited her. First of all, she’s got a great personality and always welcomes you with a warm heart. She’s extremely professional and very well organized. She always takes notes and she’s very detail-oriented. She’s very intuitive and gets to the root cause of your problem right away. The Reiki sessions I had with her were truly spectacular and always felt so great. Ben can now say his OCD words after some 6-8? years – I’m not quite sure how to process this! 🙂 He says he feels 91% normal now, which given he is my kid, is remarkable! Thanks so much to Carolyn!

I have been a professional healer for more than 20 years and have worked with many healers.  My session with Carolyn still holds surprises for me. Being that this was my first time experiencing hypnotherapy, I was initially nervous about what to expect.  However, within the first few minutes of meeting with Carolyn, she eased my worries and truly provided a safe space for the exploration I needed to experience.  She never made me feel judged or unpracticed.  In fact, she encouraged me to confront things that I otherwise would not have felt I could without her support.  In short, Carolyn’s services are beyond helpful-they were transformative and I am so grateful I took the leap and she was there to guide me through it.

Carolyn Sheehan is a friendly woman who explains everything she does to your satisfaction before you make any final decisions. I had her do a past-life regression, and it was done privately in a room I felt safe in. I had full control during the process, and she recorded it so I could review it any time I wanted.

I’ll admit I was skeptical about hypnosis at first,  but I could see a difference in my daughter after just one session. Carolyn is very caring and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Finding Carolyn has been such an energetic blessing to me! I was completely new to Reiki and hypnotherapy but her personal warmth and openness is so reassuring. I had a wonderful time at your session and I learned so much.  I am using your techniques and doing well with my sleeping.  I love the suggestion that I am in control of my tics.  When they start, I keep repeating that I can control them, and indeed they do stop.

When I went in for cancer surgery, I hired Carolyn for remote Reiki. She enlisted volunteers to team up with her to do weekly treatments until I felt better. (And yes, I could feel them working from afar!) Carolyn’s prices are VERY reasonable for all her services. I recommend her!

I have met with Carolyn four times, once in person and three times through Zoom, and have found it to be a very positive experience. This is my first time trying hypnotherapy, and I’ve been very pleased with its effectivity so far. Using Zoom was no trouble either, as the program is quite simple and Carolyn has such a calming presence that it doesn’t feel like a typical stressful “conference call.” It was nice, in fact, to be able to do a session on my couch at home with my pets around!

I feel great after our session, like a mountain was lifted off my shoulders. I feel so good that I was able to go down a dose on my antidepressant medication. I even see a change in my son, he is happier and being a silly kid.
