Group Online Drink-Less Program

Once or twice a year, I host a Group Online Drink-Less program. I usually host it each January to coincide with Dry January, an informal event where millions of people each year make a resolution to reduce or give up alcohol for the month of January!

How can hypnotherapy help you stop drinking?

Hypnotherapy can help you reduce your drinking or quit entirely easily and painlessly by helping you identify the real subconscious reason that you find yourself relying on alcohol, and helping you to develop new healthy habits that you can sustain long-term, long after the program is over!

Alcohol is woven into the fabric of humanity. It is regarded as the symbol of adulthood, relaxation, unwinding, stress relief, reward, and celebration.

Unfortunately, in our quest to kick back, the very thing we turn to to “take the edge off” is in truth adding to our overall feelings of anxiety, sluggishness, depression, poor sleep, and bad digestion (just to name a few).

Abstaining from alcohol can seem daunting. But what if you found a way to NOT white knuckle it? What if there was away to enjoy being sober? Perhaps it is less about taking something away and more about adding something in!

In my 3-week online group Drink Less program, we meet via Zoom where we gather virtually to experience group hypnotherapy, meditations, reading suggestions, share recipes of our favorite mocktails, and provide ongoing support and encouragement to one another. I’ll also include a private FB page so we can all continue to support each other between sessions.

Meetings are typically 2 hours long and held on three consecutive Wednesday evenings.
