Program Details

If you’re ready to embark on your smoke-free life, I offer my smoking cessation hypnosis as a 2-session program. These sessions are designed to be booked 2 to 3 days apart. The first session is 2 hours long and the second session is 90 minutes.

You will also receive a customized support audio at the end of our time together to listen to on your own. It is designed for you to quit smoking on the very first session, so please start cutting back on the amount of cigarettes you currently smoke now, as soon as you book.
