Program Details
This is a custom-tailored 4-week program designed to help you easily release excess weight using hypnosis. Whether your weight gain is due to overeating, sugar addiction, excess drinking, unhealthy attitudes around food etc., in this program I will work with you to get to the root cause of your weight/food related issues and rebalance your attitudes and feelings towards food!
The program consists of a 2 hour introductory session followed by three 1.5 hour sessions, each one week apart (or as close as possible according to your schedule).
You will also receive a personalized support recording at the end of our time together.
